Punjab Government has invited applications for Punjab Government Employees Benevolent Fund Scholarship 2023. Serving, Retired and Deceased Department of Punjab Government Employees can apply for these scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria for Benevolent Fund Scholarship

Only those Department of Serving, Retired and Deceased Employees of the Punjab Government who have secured more than 60% marks in the Matric examination or above and studying in the next class are eligible to apply.

Special children of serving, retired and deceased Punjab Government employees who are enrolled in special educational institutions are also eligible to apply. Three children of deceased employees and employees who retired due to disability may apply. They must submit the attested result card of Matric or any of the above classes with the application.

1-Gazetted officials of the Punjab Government will submit their children’s post-attestation applications to the Head of the Educational Institution through the Head of their Concern Department at the Office of the Provincial Benevolent Fund Board at Alfalah, Mall Building Lahore.

2 Provincial Government Officers (Grade 16 and above) Non-Government Civil Secretariat Officers including SST Teaching Assistant can submit their children’s forms at the Provincial Benevolent Fund Board Office.

3-Non-Public Government employees from Grade 1 to Grade 15 (other than Secretariat staff) shall submit the form in the office of the concerned District Coordinating Officer (DCO), Chairman District Benevolent Fund Board.

4-Send the following documents together with the application.

a-Attested copies of parents’ CNIC and computer payslip/DDO. Retired employees submit a certified copy of their pension book.

Students of private institutions are to provide photocopies of affiliation and registration numbers for the year 2022-23.

c-Attested result sheet of the exam on the basis of which you are applying for a scholarship.

5-Parents cannot confirm their children’s documents.

6-You can also send applications by post. A special counter has been set up for manual receipt. If you submit the form manually, don’t forget to collect the receipt.

7-Result awaiting students can also apply. They will have to provide the attested copy of the result card within 7 days of the declaration of the result.

Benevolent Fund Khyber Pakhtunkhwa announces merit scholarships for children of KP Govt. Employees. How to apply for the Benevolent fund merit scholarship

  • The application form can be downloaded from KP benevolent fund website here
  • The last date to apply for a scholarship is 28-02-2023.
  • The grantee who avails of the Merit Scholarship is not eligible for any other scholarships.
  • The scholarship application forms are required to be verified by the Head of the Institution and submitted through the head of the Department concerned.
  • The Form should be filled clearly in CAPITAL LETTERS, and all required information must be provided. Incomplete forms will not be entertained.
